HRETE App is an HR mobile app to maintain the entire attendance of the organization, automate leaves, and ensure payroll compliances. It helps employees and managers to manage their details.

By using the app, employees can clock their attendance with facial recognition and geofencing features. It automates leave requests with an approval process and includes payroll and payslip related information. The app includes shift information of employees, calendars, and announcements within the organization. The app has different roles and access permissions to view the information.

With this app, managers or admins can see the clock-in and out locations of all employees, which helps monitor employees and their timings. Employees can check their attendance and apply for regularize & OT requests. Attendance information from the mobile app can be integrated with the web application.

Employees can apply for leave requests from the app, which will be sent for approval to the managers. Managers and admins can see all the leave requests and approve/reject with comments.

Employees can view their payslips every month from the app. Yearly and monthly payroll information is available on the app. Employees can download the payslip from the app.

Organization-wide announcements can be created with dates. Once the announcements are created, notifications will be shown in the app for employees in the organization.

Shift information of employees will be shown in the calendar. Along with the shift, holiday and leave information will be displayed in the calendar.
